If i touch rust then wash my hands will the rust particles stil be on my hands?

no.

bagellad- you are an idiot.

and a freaky child molester by the looks of t.

but anyway.

no.

i think the disease you are talking about is tetanus.

but tetanus is only from infected wounds. as long as the rust never entered your bloodstream, you will be ok.

you arent going to die, but if you had a cut or somthing, you may want to go get a tetanus shot.

here are some symptoms for tetanus..aka...lock jaw

Tetanus often begins with muscle spasms in the jaw (called trismus), and can be accompanied by difficulty swallowing and stiffness or pain in the muscles of the neck, shoulders, or back. These spasms can spread to the muscles of the abdomen, upper arms, and thighs. The symptoms can occur anywhere from days to months after exposure to the bacteria.

hope i helped

Will you get what 'disease?'

The only thing related to rust that I can think of, is Tetanus. Oftentimes caused by bacteria getting into the body through an open cut or wound, sometimes caused by a rusty object. You will not get it from simply touching rust or having particles of rust on your hands.

With that being said...yes, washing your hands will get rid of pretty much all of the particles. Even if any did remain (which isn't too likely unless you've really been sitting on your hands on top of something rusty with your weight pushing the rust into your skin)...it wouldn't really do anything to you to have a little residue on your hands. It gets in the body by scrapes, cuts and wounds.

Who told you about rust particles causing it?

Oh yeah, and don't listen to that guy who gave a stuipid, nonsense answer about working in a body shop, dying and all of that other silliness. Of course that is a nonsense answer.

It is advisable to wash them after touching something with a lot of rust, though. The reddish/brownish color looks horrible when it gets ground into something like a white T-shirt and won't wash out. :-)If i touch rust then wash my hands will the rust particles stil be on my hands?
Not if you scrub it very well.
